Day 1: Lemosho Gate (2,100m) → Big Tree Camp (2,780m)

Day 2: Big Tree Camp → Shira 1 Camp (3,500m)

Day 9: Crater Camp → Barafu Camp → Mweka Camp (3,100m)

Descend from the crater back to Barafu, then continue to Mweka Camp through alpine desert into rainforest.
Day 10: Mweka Camp → Mweka Gate → Hotel in Moshi
