Day 1: Moshi → Tarangire National Park (Game Drive)
After an early breakfast in Moshi, you drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s best parks for elephant encounters and classic savannah landscapes.
Safari trip highlights:
- Large herds of elephants (Tarangire is famous for them)
- Baobab trees and open plains
- Lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and buffalo
- Rich birdlife along the Tarangire River
After a full game drive and picnic lunch, you head to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
Overnight: Safari lodge or tented camp (budget / mid-range / luxury)
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Safari → Return to Moshi
Today you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most wildlife-dense areas in Africa.
Crater safari experience includes:
